Cooking: everything in our cupboards before we can even turn around. where does it all go?
Drinking: tea. lots of tea for me please, because coffee is still on the not-while-pregnant list and it's the pumpkin lattes i crave this time of year.
Reading: all there is to read about labor and delivery, and let me just say - yikes!
Wanting: the constant feeling of uneasiness because of change to disappear (even just for a while).
Looking: at my slithering tummy. he/she is always moving.
Playing: with colors and decorations for the nursery. so many fun ideas.
Wasting: my planning period on this list. it's to cool the nerves and distract my attention. it's working, barely.
Sewing: notta. but those curtains in our bedroom should be on this list.
Wishing: for more faith and contentment.
Enjoying: the moments before i drift quickly to sleep beside my husband. it's heaven on earth to have him by my side.
Waiting: impatiently for baby to arrive.
Liking: the cooling weather and fall decorations all around.
Wondering: what the baby will look like. will he have joey's smile? will she have my droopy hair?
Loving: that there are only a couple more months until christmas. I can't wait to see everyone!
Hoping: for an emergency reserve of energy to pull me through until saturday.
Marveling: at how quickly these last few weeks have gone. in a flash!
Needing: nothing more.
Smelling: hand sanitizer and dry erase markers. always.
Wearing: uncomfortable shoes. my feet have grown since i got pregnant and none of my shoes fit.
Following: the minute hand on the clock, praying for it to slow down.
Noticing: scampering feet in the hallway, the sound of learning next door.
Knowing: these days will get better, praying it doesn't take too much longer.
Thinking: i should focus more on small victories like joey is always telling me to do.
Feeling: grateful for a supportive husband.
Bookmarking: all things baby.
Opening: my mind to change.
Giggling: at the way my middle schoolers jump out of their seats to answer the questions they know so well.
Feeling: overwhelmed, but grateful.
and this is what he's been up to...
