10 months

10 month update from the eyes of DAD.........
Mom thought it would be interesting to see what I would have to say in comparison with her usual monthly updates.....(she may be experiencing a little writers block).  If I had to explain Buster in one word at 10 months it would be ambitious.  I am amazed daily at the desire to push your little arms and legs to the max, trying to figure out what they can do and often finding out the hard way what they cannot do.  You have no concern for self preservation and your lack of coordination is only over-shadowed by your sheer determination.  I am afraid you will be a handful in the years to come but I would be disappointed if you didn't follow in dads footsteps.  You have an insane ability to exhaust your new parents in one minute and melt our hearts in the very next.  I have an increasing concern that you may prefer mom more at this point but that is ok, soon we can band together and do what boys do best, annoy girls.

But if I can say anything it would be thank you Buster.  You have made two timid, mid-western introverts beam with expressions of outward joy and true happiness.  The smile you put on your moms face is absolutely priceless to your dear old dad and for that I am forever your biggest fan....next to your mom of course.
